Our primary office is located on Oleander Drive, but we also have a satellite office conveniently located near the courthouse in downtown Wilmington at the Downtown Executive Center (the DEC) at 313 Walnut Street, Wilmington, NC 28401. The DEC is located about one mile from the New Hanover County Courthouse at 316 Princess Street, Wilmington, NC 28401.
